The Burning Forests

On the outskirts of the Dark Kingdom is a forest that perpetually is aflame, the trees twisted and black, and somehow still alive. The sound of faint screaming can be heard from every tree in their eternal torture. It is said that these trees are the prisoners of Dark Fey transformed and rooted into an eternal hell. When one walks through this forest, they will notice the strangest and most horrific of creatures, such as giant wurms, grim dogs, the morduars, and the most twisted Dark Fey themselves. It is ill advised to pass through here if one wants their mind or body intact.
