Appearance: Eleri is not very tall standing just a little above 5’6’’ in her land form, though while in her mermaid form her length reaches just a little over 6’. Beautiful curves break from the delicate ideal of some fey. Breasts and hips giving a very distinctive female profile that is strong, powerful with a very defiant posture, but pliant as water. Pale skin has just the smallest tint of blue to her lips and around her eyes as if dusted with the very color from the warm tropical waters that seems to only make her wide, bright teal eyes glimmer more like sunset on the waterfront. Her hair is the softest pink of coral with the gentlest curl and wildness to it as if left mussed after swimming. Her clothing is very eclectic, as if put together from the lost pieces of others and put together in rather fluttering fashions that are light and easy to move.
Along her right leg is a long burn scar that winds from her knee to her inner thigh like a snake that she received when caught on land by another Fey.

Powers:
Her basic power with water is the ability to manipulate water in any form from mist to ocean waves and like others who have the same control she uses it for defense against anyone who would wish her harm.
However, it is her powers of divination and healing using the essence of water that has been past down in her family that has made her a Divine popular within the Court. She has the ability to heal wounds extensively using the water within the body. From this power Eleri also possesses the ability to draw out and control water within living beings such as trees, flowers, and sometimes smaller, weaker animals and destroy them. This power takes a good amount of energy and has left Eleri in sleeps that can stretch for several days at a time as her powers recover. This power is something that her family finds shameful, and therefore it is left untrained and uncontrolled where only in great stress is she able to use it, and even then it is weak.

Magical Knowledge: Has had seven decades learning magic weaving using water to heal and divine. Because of her unique ability to use water within living beings she must have physical contact with water she is using and has an extensive knowledge of all forms of living creatures.

(( Personality ))

Unlike others within the element of water Eleri is one with a strange fiery passion and curiosity. She is a bit of a mischief maker often using what she knows as a means of performing tricks and gaining amusement though not strictly out of being mean, but rather a child-like fascination. Her passion seems out of place with others of her family who are more calm and collected, she is one to speak up and express herself instead of sitting in the back ground.

Her sense of loyalty to court and honor comes more from others around her than from Eleri herself who finds the war rather unpleasant and fuel for only more fighting. Creation is her greatest skill, finding joy in what nature and others build around them, and how to improve upon it for the better of all. Her love of sweet things springs from her own explorations of the lands around the waters she swims. Her greatest weakness has always been her curiosity, and her trust of others, along with a childish temper.

(( History ))

Eleri was born into a family that grew around pride and desires for climbing up within the court they were in. Eleri’s mother was a former Divine for the Inner Court, and out of her three daughters and sons the youngest, Eleri, was chosen for training. At an early age it was clear that Eleri had the strongest ability of using water to heal and divine. However, this was not the path Eleri wished to take as she often disappeared for long periods of time as a child and wandered the land above the rivers and lakes that her family often chose to reside in. She would steal away for days even just laying among the grass and sun devouring honey and playing with those she met on land who were not like the Fey she met within the waters.

However, as time passed the young girl showed more and more promise in her stuides, but this also lead to other discoveries of her powers as she was pushed more and more into her studies and away from the carefree existence that she often escaped to. The more improvement she showed, the harder she was pushed to the next level, and with this Eleri discovered her own talent for manipulating water in a living form. To take water from another life be it plant or animal as such horrified her mother who was quick to punish her daughter and bind her in her mermaid form for several years as punishment for learning such a thing. This nearly destroyed the girl as she grew into a woman and began her own ascent into the courts as her own powers of divination and skills in magic weaving grew.

When the time of her imprisonment in her water form drew to a close Eleri began once more to spend her time on land. In this she drew the eye of a fey from the Kingdom of Wind and though her feelings were of only friendship it was the simple fact that the Fey of the wind felt more than that which gave Eleri her scar as a boy from the Court of the Fire Fey seemed to fancy the Wind Fey and grew to despise Eleri. Upon the times of one of their meetings Eleri was confronted first by the Fire Fey who attacked her. The rather sheltered Eleri had never felt such pain before and in her own distress used her the powers to draw water from the other Fey, and nearly killed him before she managed to escape. Once more she escaped back into the waters, for months she lay at the bottom of the lake she occupied and slept, and dreamt as she healed.

When she returned to her family their welcome was less than warm as they reprimanded her upon her fight with the other Fey, and then made it clear that she would take her place as Court Divine without as work towards bettering herself and her honor.
