[/b]Present Time
113 years after the Fissure of Woe.
Dark Council: Ice, Fire, Dark.
Light Council: Earth, Water, Light.
Neutral Parties: Wind, Solitary.
Fey- Faeries/Fairies/Magical Beings, used to live in a world full of unity. There was no reason to fight against each other, for resources were bountiful. However, that was when Fey were first born, drawn to each other despite their differences. But over time the Fey started to drift apart, categorizing their powers to be too different to be able to harmonize. This had been true. The Fey who felt energized in the dark, could no longer stand to corporate with the Fey who had felt happier in the light. At first, the contrast was understanding and the Fey started to migrate to different parts of the world.
The elemental Feys created their kingdoms, built their land with much pride. In the end, Pride is what really severed their ties of peace. The Dark Fey had wanted to put the other elements into submission, and out of fear the Light had formed alliances with the Earth, and Water Fey. The Light Council had created a Kingdom with the last source of humans (the beings of a sign of purity) to protect their wall. However, the Dark Council, made up of: Dark, Ice and Fire fey had out witted them.
They had used the purity of the humans against the Light Council. A spy from the Fire Court had entered the Light Kingdom, and seduced one of the humans with greed and power. With the humans no longer channeling their pure thoughts, there was a gap in their protective shield that allowed the Dark Council to breech through the Light’s barriers. This had marked the Fissure of Woe in Fey history. There was so much life lost, so much death, that even the Death Fey were appalled.
The fight had continued for months, until the Death Fey had intervened and caused a temporary rift in the battle field, allowing no more magic to be used. At last, the Fey were exhausted and finally departed from their grief. The blood soaked land is now a place where the Death Fey’s powers reign, as an entrance to the Underworld.
With the battle, the Dark Council has offered their hand if the Light Council submits. Still refusing, the Dark Council seeks a way around the Death Fey’s fissure. There is intense drama in the courts, fear with spies and assassinations. There is even talk that marriage between Light and Dark will cause peace, but there is too much heartbreak to simply forgive and forget.[/blockquote]
