Jacinth is currently a Light Fey, though a rather bored one. He is interested in language and learning, is currently for open use as a negotiator, or messenger between Kingdoms.
On another note for possible plot ideas, Jacinth is a very old shapeshifter named Xue. He had long forgotten who he originally was, only remembers that he is many people and has random memories that make little sense. He very well might have been a character's old lover in another image, or enemy, rival, etc. Jacinth kills low leveled Fey and steals their faces in order to blend into society and learn society secrets, or did anyway. This could make for an array of plots.
Jacinth also had a daughter, a half human from his mission during the FoW to infiltrate the human city. The human was thought killed in infancy, but there are always go-arounds. Appearance would be up to the person, just know Xue is asian-escque. Jacinth's child could have very well had children by now, and could play a grandson instead, whatever. The mortality of the child is up for you to decide.
